FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER
To place an order you must be 18 years of age or over. To place an order you will have to select the goods on the website, select your preferred shipping method and, at your discretion other optional services and click on the “CHECKOUT” button. We cannot accept orders placed in any way other than as detailed above.
If you have any problems during the placement of an order or if you are not sure whether or not your order made through the website has been finalized please contact us at email@example.com.
When you place an order you make an offer to us to purchase the goods you have selected. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us and we may, at any time and at our sole discretion, refuse to accept your order, including but not limited to the cases where:
- i. You provided us with incorrect information, including without limitation, insufficient or incorrect payment details, incorrect billing information; insufficient or incorrect shipping address or fraudulent information.
- ii. There is an error on our website relating to the goods that you have ordered, for example an error relating to the price or description of the goods as displayed on our website.
- iii. The goods that you have ordered are no longer available through our website.
- iv. We believe that you are under the age of 18.
We will not be liable to you or any third party for withdrawing any goods from the website, removing or editing any materials or content on the website, refusing to process an order, or suspending any transaction after we started to process it.
Offers, Sales, Promotions and Discounts:
Unless otherwise stated, prices on full price, sale and promotional items, and affiliate offers cannot be combined with any other offers, sales, promotions or discounts. Sales, promotions and discounts may not be applicable to all sizes, colors or styles. Quantities are limited. Offers are not valid on previously purchased merchandise or purchases of gift cards. AREIRA Inc. reserves the right to extend, modify or discontinue any offer, sale, promotion or discount at any time without notice.
If we cannot accept or process your order we will contact you by email as soon as possible but in any case no later than 30 days from the date of your order. If we cannot accept or process your order because the goods are no longer available, or because of an error in the price and/or other information about the goods for which you have placed an order, we will notify you and we will cancel your order in relation to those goods we cannot supply as well as refund you any money that you have paid to us in respect to those goods.
If you have placed the order through the website you will receive an automated email confirming receipt of your order. This email contains the relevant details of your order (such as quantities, price, shipping terms). Please note that this email does NOT constitute an acceptance of your order. Your order will be accepted and the contract between us and you will be concluded only when we dispatch the goods. At such time you will receive an order shipment confirmation email informing you that we have dispatched all, or a part, of the goods covered by your order.
Orders can be canceled by you at any time before being processed by us. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. In case of cancellation, we will refund you the cost of the goods included in the canceled order.
WHAT HAPPENS IF GOODS ARE UNAVAILABLE
We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information about goods displayed on our website are always accurate. However, when you place an order certain goods may unfortunately be out of stock.
If we are unable to send you the ordered goods within 30 days from the date of your order we will cancel your order either partially or entirely and, in such a case, we will refund you the cost of the goods in the canceled order.
OUR PRICING POLICY
The prices of the goods are indicated on our website and will be confirmed in the automated order confirmation email you will receive once you have placed your order.
Shipping costs may apply to your order as indicated on our website at the time you submit your order. Shipping costs will depend on your required shipping method.
Areira Inc. online accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, MAESTRO, PAYPAL. With credit card orders, please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending institution). Also, if you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations pertaining to daily withdrawals on your card. Areira Inc. reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.
Areira Inc. is required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to the state of Georgia.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
While we take pride in all of our Areira Inc. products, if you are not satisfied with your online purchase we are happy to assist you with a return. We gladly accept the return of unworn, unwashed or defective Areira Inc. merchandise for up to 10 days after the shipment date. Refunds for merchandise returned within the eligible time period will be credited in the same form as the original. Merchandise must be returned with all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers with tags attached, items marked “final sale” on the website, tag or invoice are not returnable.
Shipping charges for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective; we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We are not able to accept hand-delivered returns. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. Refunds are given for the item’s extended price indicated on the original packing slip/invoice and any applicable taxes, excluding any shipping fees and additional discounts. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
RETURN BY MAIL
The above Online Return Policy applies to all returns made by mail. Please note that this option is available only for items ordered from Areira.com. If your item came from an Areira Inc. retail store, it must be returned to a store.
Print the Return Authorization Form & Shipping LabelEnclose your Return Authorization form in the return package with the item(s) you're sending back to us. If your order arrived in multiple packages and you want to return more than one item, you may be issued multiple shipping labels and Return Authorization forms. The return shipping fee for each shipping label used will be deducted from your refund. We suggest consolidating your return by using only one of the shipping labels and enclosing all printed Return Authorization forms into the package. You will receive an email from Areira Inc. containing a link to download and print your return shipping label. If you do not wish to use the return shipping label we provide, you may send it back using your own trackable shipping method. We strongly suggest you insure your package if using an alternate shipping method since Areira Inc. is not responsible for returns that we do not receive. Once we receive the product, then you will receive a refund minus the cost of shipping, unless the product is defective.
Packing & Courier Service
Securely package the articles with the original internal packing materials, boxes and containers. Secure the shipping label on the package (covering up any old labels and UPC codes) and drop it off at your nearest US Post Office location.

Extended Holiday Returns/Exchanges
All holiday gift orders placed in November and December of the current year must be returned by January 15 of the current year. All items must be in new resell able condition. Normal return details apply.
We offer USPS mail services within the USA. Currently we are only able to ship within the USA.
Allow 1-2 business days to process your order after payment has been approved. Keep in mind that delivery times will vary depending on which shipping method you have chosen. Business days are Monday-Friday. We will ship on holidays that the post office is open for, on holidays that the post offices are not open we cannot ship.
*Unless stated otherwise, shipping offers apply to standard shipping within the contiguous United States only (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories). Standard packages are shipped via USPS.
**For overnight shipping, orders must be placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 p.m. ET to be shipped the same day. Packages will be shipped and delivered Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. ET on Friday or any time on Saturday and Sunday do not ship until the following Monday.
SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES
Business days are limited to Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays and we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please allow an average of one additional business day for processing, and note that your order may be shipped in multiple packages at an additional charge to you. For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review, including shipping/billing verification and credit card authorization and verification. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. During peak holiday periods, orders may take longer to process and ship. Once an order has been processed, actual delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method. Areira Inc. is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that result from factors outside its control, including but not limited to disruptions to the USPS networks. Under any circumstance, Areira Inc. is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Overnight shipping services are not available for certain remote destinations.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES AND APO & FPO ADDRESSES
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders shipped to APO or FPO boxes within the United States are automatically shipped via USPS ground; delivery timelines for these orders vary depending on location.
At this time, Areira Online can only ship orders to addresses located within the 48 continental United States as well as Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
If you would like to send a shipment to more than one address, you will have to place separate online orders for each destination.
We guarantee all products against manufacturing defects, however should any product not meet your expectations we will do our best to make it right. As with any product, normal wear and tear should be expected with use over time. Areira Inc. strives to bring you quality workmanship. We use full grain leather, which refers to hides that have not been sanded, buffed, or snuffed (as opposed to top-grain or corrected leather) to remove imperfections (or natural marks) on the surface of the hide. The grain remains allowing the fiber strength and durability. The grain also has breathability, resulting in less moisture from prolonged contact. Rather than wearing out, it develops a patina during its expected useful lifetime. Leather is a natural product and the grains, folds, wrinkles, color, and scars give leather its characteristics. That is what makes leather products so unique.
Password and Account Security
- You understand and agree that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any passwords associated with your account that you create through this website. Accordingly, you understand and agree that you are responsible for purchases made under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, you agree to notify Areira Inc. Customer Service immediately.

- For your security, your billing name, address and phone number must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
